FAQ/Shipping/Returns

RETURN FAQS:

What is the return policy?
We believe in the effectiveness of our products and we want to treat customers the same way we’d like to be treated. In that spirit we will refund purchases made on our e-commerce site if there's an error with your order or if a product's performance isn’t working for you. Please contact us by e-mail or phone at 319-855-1028 to make arrangements.

Refunds are available one time per household per product. Shipping costs are not refundable.

What should I do if an item in my order is damaged?

We do everything possible to ensure that this doesn't happen, but if an item is damaged during shipping we will replace the product free of charge. Please contact us by e-mail or phone at 319-855-1028 to make arrangements.

SHIPPING FAQS:

How soon will I receive my order?
We know you're excited to receive your order so we work hard to get shipments out quickly. Orders ship from our facility within 2 business days and generally take three to five business days to arrive. You will receive a notification by e-mail or text when a shipping label has been created which includes tracking information for your package.

How sustainable are your shipping materials?
Shipments are packed in recyclable cardboard boxes or recyclable rigid cardboard mailers. We use recyclable newsprint and/or dissolvable, compostable packing peanuts for padding. Our reinforced kraft paper tape can be recycled with the box and the shipping labels, which are made with sugarcane, can be composted or recycled.

PRODUCT FAQS:

What’s the difference between the scour and scrub cleaners?
The scour and the scrub cleaners perform similar functions. The scrub is a paste and the scour is a shakable powder which some people find to be a little more convenient to use. Zero-waste, plastic-free refills of the scour powder are available. Unfortunately the moisture content of the scrub does not allow refills to be packaged in compostable bags.

How do the Swedish dishcloths work?

When they’re dry Swedish dishcloths are stiff but once they’re wet they are pliable just like a typical dish cloth. What makes them different from a typical dish cloth is that they dry quickly so they don’t harbor bacteria. Swedish dish cloths can be washed in a dishwasher or in a washing machine.
